Our Senior Leadership Team came together to review and reflect on safety performance and programs over the last year, and to discuss the safety initiatives for the year ahead.
The team discussed initiatives to further strengthen our operational ‘prevent practices’, as well as a refreshed safety mindset culture program.
They completed the IOSH Leading Safety Course to ensure up to date knowledge and leading safely best practices. They also completed personal safety commitments for leading safety for the year ahead.
Members of the leadership team will soon host meetings at our sites to discuss and listen to our operational team’s safety suggestions.
