To support this we recently launched the ‘OCU Mindset’
Think Safe + Work Safe = Home Safe

We have everyone in the Group signing up to the mindset, a variety of visual tools to remind our people of this priority every day, and are underway with a roadshow to discuss what this means in terms of personal and team commitments.
