For three years in a row, OCU has proudly supported the Cash for Kids ‘Mission Christmas’ campaign. This highlights our key value of ‘making a positive impact’ and recognising the importance of supporting the communities we work in.
Cash for Kids is dedicated to improving the lives of disadvantaged children and young people across the UK, working to combat poverty, illness and neglect. Through Mission Christmas, Cash for Kids works with businesses, community groups and other charities to ensure that no child wakes up without a gift on Christmas Day.
This week, a team of volunteers from OCU Group utilised their company volunteer day to help with the initiative. After a visit to Smyths Toy Store, the team delivered over £7,000-worth of presents to the Mission Christmas HQ and organised them into the correct age and gender categories.
