OCU Group is proud to announce our new partnerships with Wiltshire Wildlife Trust and Berks, Bucks & Oxfordshire Wildlife Trust (BBOWT) as part of our ongoing commitment to environmental sustainability and community support.
As ‘Investors in Wildlife’ for BBOWT and ‘key partners’ with Wiltshire Wildlife Trust, OCU Group will play an active role in supporting vital conservation projects across these regions. This collaboration reflects OCU Group’s dedication to preserving local ecosystems, enhancing biodiversity, and creating positive environmental impacts in the communities we serve.
We have pledged to continue expanding our environmental initiatives by integrating sustainable practices throughout our operations. This includes minimising carbon footprint, improving energy efficiency, and promoting biodiversity through various strategic partnerships.
Through these partnerships, we will provide a variety of support, including volunteer days where staff will assist with conservation work including; habitat restoration, biodiversity enhancements, and practical tasks like woodland management and reserve maintenance. The company will also offer resources, materials, and technical expertise to assist with ongoing environmental initiatives.
By also supporting accessibility improvements, we aim to ensure that everyone can enjoy the natural spaces these trusts protect. Our involvement will extend to providing financial support for community-based activities and initiatives that promote environmental awareness, improve wellbeing, and empower communities to take climate action.
Both partnerships align with OCU Group’s long-term commitment to enhancing social value, supporting community projects, and promoting sustainability across our operations.
