One of our company values is ‘We make a positive impact’ and it’s about being part of and supporting the communities we serve.
A recent example is last month when we sponsored the Runcorn Community Youth Football Tournament as primary sponsors. The tournament saw over 60 teams and over 800 children take part.
It raised over £2300 for a local hospice and we were pleased to have been there for the cheque presentation too.
While giving something back to the community we were also able to take the opportunity to talk about the great work our team are doing on the Vyrnwy Aqueduct Modernisation Programme in the area.
We are completing pipeline rehabilitation and updates which will help ensure clean drinking water for the local communities for many decades to come.
