Colt operate a high bandwidth network and voice services for enterprises and wholesale customers in Europe, Asia and North America. OCU provide a multitude of services to client Colt Technology ranging from customer site planning, fibre design and planning, internal fibre installations, external fibre networking and 24hrs/365 call out and maintenance, right across the UK.
Scope of Works
Our Services contribute to the Network Build & Transition sector of Colt’s hierarchy. Maintaining a long relationship spanning over 18 years has given OCU the ability to fully understand and support Colt’s business requirements and their customer’s needs; meeting high and professional standards. A team of 30 fibre designers work directly from Colt’s systems and undertake the following planning activities:
OCU also provide a field planning team to complete customer site planning, internal fibre planning and civils planning
Summary of Services:
Our delivery is backed up by a 24hrs/365 call out and maintenance service. All faults are responded to within a 2 hour SLA to site. Our current scope of works also includes the construction of a 50km trunk of new 2 way duct with associated chambers, sub duct and fibre cable installation/termination.
